Refund & Returns Policy

Easy 14-day returns, fast refunds, and one-time size exchanges on eligible items.

Return window

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return label.
  • Items received beyond the window may be refused or issued as store credit at our discretion.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • No signs of wear, washing, tailoring, odors, or marks.
  • All branded hangtags, inner labels, spare hardware, dust bag (if included), and original packaging must be returned.
  • Sets and bundled items must be returned together.
  • Tailored, hemmed, or otherwise altered items are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Submit a request: Go to our Return Center at casablanca-pants.org/returns or email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. Receive your label: We’ll email a prepaid label for eligible U.S. returns. International customers receive instructions.
  3. Pack securely: Place items in original packaging, include all accessories, and affix the label.
  4. Drop off: Hand your package to the stated carrier and keep the receipt with tracking.

Tip: Use a trackable service only. We’re not responsible for returns sent without our label until they reach our facility.

Refunds & timelines

  • Once your return arrives, we re-authenticate and inspect it using our 8-point check.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 2 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • One-time size exchange on the same style is complimentary within the U.S., subject to stock.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll process a refund or offer store credit upon request.
  • Exchange items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Return shipping & fees

  • U.S. returns: Prepaid label provided. A $10 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any import fees unless the item is faulty.
  • Late returns accepted up to 21 days from delivery may be issued as store credit minus shipping, at our discretion.

Condition & packaging requirements

  • Do not remove hangtags or labels until you are sure you will keep the item.
  • Try pants on over clean garments to avoid marks; avoid contact with makeup, perfumes, or deodorants.
  • Include original garment bags, dust bags, spare parts, and documentation.
  • Items not meeting these conditions may incur a restocking deduction or be returned to you without a refund.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to [email protected].
  • We will prioritize an exchange or provide a prepaid return and full refund.

International returns & duties

  • Mark return shipments as “Returned Goods” on customs forms to avoid additional import charges.
  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout or on delivery are typically non-refundable; you may claim them back with your local customs office where applicable.
  • We recommend a tracked, insured service for international returns.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale or “Last Chance” items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
  • Customized, tailored, or hemmed items.
  • Gift cards and store credit.

Price adjustments

  • One-time price adjustment is available if an item you purchased goes on full-price promotion within 7 days of your order.
  • Excludes final sale items, limited-time coupon codes, and third-party marketplace events.

Holiday & peak season

  • Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 15 of the following year, provided items remain in original condition.
  • Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods; we’ll keep you updated by email.

Gifts & store credit

  • Gifts returned with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit to the recipient.
  • Store credit is issued as a digital code and does not expire.
