Where we ship
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to most destinations served by DHL Express or UPS Worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact support and we will try to assist.
- Domestic US: All 50 states and DC.
- International: Most EU countries, UK, CA, AU, and additional destinations.
- Exceptions: Certain remote areas and sanctioned countries may be excluded.

United States
- Standard: 2–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on address and order value
- Carrier: UPS or USPS (signature may be required on higher-value orders)
International
- DHL Express or UPS Worldwide: typically 2–5 business days
- Rates shown at checkout; transit times vary by destination
- Duties/taxes: Collected at checkout where available, otherwise due on delivery
All transit estimates exclude processing time and are based on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Processing times
- Orders placed by 2 pm Eastern Time usually ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
- High-volume drops may require an extra business day; we will notify you by email if delayed.
Tracking and delivery
- Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. It may take up to 12 hours to update after label creation.
- Signature may be required for orders above a threshold or at our discretion for security.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier. Then reach out to us within 7 days.
Duties and taxes
- US orders: Sales tax is collected where required by law during checkout.
- International orders: Duties and VAT may be collected at checkout where supported. If not collected, they are payable to the carrier on delivery.
- Refusal of a shipment due to duties/taxes will be treated as a return; shipping fees and return costs may be deducted from the refund.
Address changes and order edits
- Contact support immediately to request an address change. Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible or may incur carrier fees.
- We cannot ship to a different country than the one entered at checkout.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
- PO Boxes: Shipments may default to USPS. Express options may be limited.
- APO/FPO/DPO: Accepted via USPS Priority Military Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed.
Split shipments and preorders
- We may split your order into multiple shipments at no extra charge if items are ready at different times.
- Preorder/backorder items will display an estimated ship window on the product page; charges may be captured at checkout to reserve your item.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
- Weather, customs, and carrier network events may add time. We appreciate your patience during unforeseen disruptions.
- Lost: If a package has no scans for 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international), contact support to begin an investigation.
- Damaged: Photograph packaging and contents and contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I schedule delivery or hold my package?
Some carriers offer delivery manager services to hold at a facility or schedule a delivery. Use your tracking link for available options, or contact support for guidance.
Will items ship together?
We aim to ship together when possible. If an item has a different availability date, we may ship separately at no extra cost.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Carrier weekend delivery varies by service and location. Express services may deliver on Saturdays in select areas.
How do I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will update the address. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible.
