3. Products & Authenticity

We specialize in premium pants and related apparel. Each item passes an internal, multi‑point inspection before shipment. Product descriptions, sizing information, and care instructions are provided to assist your selection.

• Authenticity: Items are inspected for label details, stitching, hardware, print registration, and identifying codes. We record items before dispatch.
• Color & Fit: Actual color may vary due to device displays and lighting. Measurements are approximate; minor tolerances are expected in textiles.
• Availability: Products and price points are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Limited‑run items may sell out quickly.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Offer & Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we dispatch your item(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
• Order Review: We may verify information, limit or cancel quantities, or refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock mismatch).
• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties. If an error in pricing occurs, we may cancel or contact you to confirm your order at the correct price before processing.
• Taxes & Duties: Applicable sales taxes and, for international shipments, import duties/fees are your responsibility unless indicated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Estimates: Transit times at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, and events outside our control may affect delivery.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate a return via our Returns page or by contacting support. Items may be re‑authenticated upon receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method typically within two business days after inspection.
• Exclusions: Final sale items, worn or damaged goods, and items without tags may be refused.
• Exchanges: Subject to stock availability; otherwise a refund is issued.

7. Promotions & Gift Cards

• Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be brought solely in your or our individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
